DSL began operations as collaboration between Proctor Engineering and RCA Group of United States, undertaking design/build projects and providing construction management services.
The incorporation of Cumberland Design Group of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, in the recent years has bolstered the capabilities and talent pool of the firm.
